Slow down, unwind, and find deep relaxation in this grounding practice. Yin Yoga focuses on long-held, floor-based postures that gently target the connective tissues - fascia, ligaments, and joints - helping to improve flexibility, circulation, and range of motion. This meditative class promotes both physical and mental balance. Hands-on enhancements are offered to support your experience and are always optional. Suitable for most students (ages 13 and up. Participants aged 13-17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.) Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to an active lifestyle or a busy mind. No prior yoga experience is needed, just come as you are and enjoy a moment of calm.

Single Class - $18

5-Class Punch Card* - $75 (valid for 6 months and is good for all group yoga classes with Grand Lake Yoga)

10-Class Punch Card* - $125 (valid for 12 months and is good for all group yoga classes with Grand Lake Yoga)

*Punch cards are non-refundable but can be transferred one time out of your name and into another person's name with at least 24 hours notice before the class time.

An additional $3 facilities per class, payable at the Grand Lake Center front desk, is required. This fee is waived if you have a membership to the Grand Lake Center and allows full access to the facility on the day of the class.

Cancelation Policy - You must cancel at least 12 hours before class start time to avoid being charged for the class, no-shows will be charged the full class fee.
