Jenny is a passionate and approachable yoga teacher who believes yoga should be accessible, enjoyable, and adaptable for everyone. With a teaching style that is fun, easy to understand, and welcoming to all levels, Jenny helps students connect with their breath, listen to their bodies, and embrace their practice without comparison or judgment. A certified yoga teacher since 2016 and Pilates instructor since 2018, she offers a welcoming space for students of all levels to explore movement, breath, and mindfulness.
Her goal for every class is for students to feel more at home within themselves, to cultivate self-acceptance, and to walk away feeling balanced and grounded, both physically and mentally. Known for her creativity, clear instructions, smooth sequences, and ability to tailor classes to all levels, Jenny ensures that every student feels seen, supported, and empowered. She is passionate about supporting you to live your yoga, both on and off the mat.
Inspired by the way yoga transformed her own life, she is honored to share its benefits with others, creating a space where movement and mindfulness come together. Jenny believes that yoga is more than just the poses, it’s a way of life. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening your practice, she is dedicated to helping you feel empowered, balanced, and connected in mind, body, and spirit.
As the owner of Grand Lake Yoga, voted 1st place for the Best Yoga/Pilates/Barre Studio in BEST OF GRAND in 2022 and 2023 and a finalist in 2024 and 2025, Jenny is honored to share her expertise with the community. She has trained and been mentored in a wide range of styles, including Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Gentle, Power, Yin, Restorative, Yogalates, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Prenatal Yoga, Holy Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Myofascial Release, Somatic Healing, and both Classical and Contemporary Mat Pilates. Jenny enjoys blending elements from different styles to create a unique and enriching experience for her students.
Her extensive training includes certifications from the Colorado School of Yoga, Kari Kwinn Yin Yoga, Julia Clark Restorative Yoga, Tracey Garcia Yoga, Holy Yoga, Francesca Cervero, My Vinyasa Practice, and Sun Pilates. As an ERYT-500 and CHYI-500, she continues to deepen her knowledge and own personal practice to better serve her students.
