Where are the public group classes held?
The location of the class is in title of the class and listed in the description of the class. Most public classes are held at the Grand Lake Center at 301 Marina Drive in Grand Lake.
Do you provide yoga mats and other yoga props?
For classes held at the Grand Lake Center, mat, blocks, blankets, bolsters, and straps are all provided. For classes held at the Grand Lake Lodge in the summer, you will need to bring a mat and any other yoga props you would like for your practice. I also provide mats for all private sessions and classes.
What should I wear to my first yoga class?
No need to buy expensive yoga clothes, just wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely. In flow classes, a fitted top may be more practical, as loose shirts can shift during certain postures. Yoga is typically practiced barefoot on a yoga mat for better balance and grip, but you may want to bring cozy socks for the end of class. Additionally, wearing a light layer at the beginning and end of class can help keep you comfortable as your body warms up and cools down.
I don't have any experience with yoga, are there any classes I can attend?
Both Yin Yoga and Gentle Flow Yoga are excellent for beginners! No prior yoga experience is needed for either of these classes.
What is your class cancelation policy?
You must cancel at least 12 hours before class start time to avoid being charged for the class, no-shows will be charged the full class fee.
Who are private sessions for?
Why Choose Private Sessions?
